\`List case blueprints through the Management API.

Endpoint:
GET https://verification.didit.me/v3/organization/{organization_id}/application/{application_id}/cases/blueprints/

Authentication:
Use the x-api-key header with my Didit API key.

Query params: limit (default 50), offset (default 0).

Response 200: {"count", "next", "previous", "results": [CaseBlueprintListItem, ...]}
CaseBlueprintListItem: uuid, name (max 24 chars), description, assignment_method (MANUAL|AUTOMATIC), assignee_pool, max_active_cases, escalation_enabled, transfer_enabled, require_resolution_note, is_active, preset_key, created_at.

Failure modes:
\- 401/403 - auth/permission errors (requires list:cases).

Side effects: none, pure read.
