# Ask Didit: the AI copilot in the Didit Console

> Ask Didit is the AI copilot inside the Didit Console. It finds sessions, answers questions about your metrics and drafts workflow changes you approve first.

Ask Didit is the AI copilot built into the Didit Console.
You describe what you want in plain language, and it finds verification sessions, answers questions about your activity and approval rates, and builds or changes workflows and rules for you.

## What you can ask

Start from a suggestion or type your own request.
Typical requests are:

* Find a verification session by name, email or ID.
* Summarize this week's activity or compare this month's approval rate with last month's.
* List the sessions waiting for manual review.
* Build a KYC workflow, or change an existing one.
* Create a transaction rule, for example one that flags a user who sends more than a set amount within 24 hours.
* Recommend what to set up next in your organization.

Type `/` in the message box to pick a skill.
You can attach up to four files of up to 10 MB each: JPEG, PNG or WebP images, PDF, Word (DOCX) and plain-text files, and CSV or Excel spreadsheets.
You can also dictate with the microphone button.

## You approve every change before it is saved

Reading information needs no approval.
When Ask Didit wants to write data, it stops and shows a **Confirm this action** step with the details.
Select **Approve** to let it continue or **Deny** to cancel.

For workflow edits, Ask Didit groups its work into a summary that reads, for example, "3 changes, not saved yet".
From the summary you can:

* Select a step to see it in the workflow editor.
* Use **Undo** or **Undo all**, and **Redo** or **Redo all**, to step back and forward.
* Select **Open in editor** to review the draft, or **Save draft** to keep it.

A change you edit by hand in the editor afterwards cannot be undone from the summary.

## Conversations

Select **Download transcript** to keep a copy of a conversation, and **New conversation** to start over.

Ask Didit is an AI, so check important details before you act on them.
