# ナイジェリア運転免許証（FRSC）照合API

> Didit のID基盤で、ナイジェリア運転免許証（FRSC）を同国の公的データベースと照合。1回 $0.20 からの従量課金で、契約不要、最低利用額なし。

ナイジェリアの運転免許証を、Federal Road Safety Corpsの免許登録簿と照合して検証します。登録簿は、免許証番号、氏名、生年月日が同一人物のものとして一致する場合にのみ結果を返します。Didit はこのサービスを`POST /v3/database-validation/`で提供しているため、送信されたデータを公式な情報源と照合し、正規化された照合結果を受け取ることができます。

## ボディパラメーター

**issuing\_state** `string` *required* (default: NGA)

このデータベースサービスのISO 3166-1 alpha-3国コードです。

例：`NGA`

**services** `string` *required* (default: nga\_drivers\_license)

このサービスIDを含む配列です。サービスを固定することで、リクエストの対象をこのデータベースだけに限定できます。

例：`nga_drivers_license`

**driver\_license\_number** `string` *required* (default: ABC12345AA12)

運転免許証番号です。

例：`ABC12345AA12`

**first\_name** `string` *required* (default: John)

検証する名です。

例：`John`

**last\_name** `string` *required* (default: Doe)

検証する姓です。

例：`Doe`

**date\_of\_birth** `string` *required* (default: 1990-01-01)

`YYYY-MM-DD`形式の生年月日です。

例：`1990-01-01`

**vendor\_data** `string` (default: user-1234)

社内のユーザーIDなど、この人物を表す固定のユーザー参照値です。Didit はこれを使って個別に実行されたチェックを同じエンドユーザーに紐付け、重複検出のノイズを減らします。

## 入力ルールと検証に関する注意事項

* `driver_license_number`は英大文字を使用する必要があります。
* `driver_license_number`は`[A-Z0-9]{8,20}`に一致する必要があります。

成功した呼び出しはすべてHTTP `200`を返します。実際に何が起きたかは**`outcome_code`**フィールドで判別できます。たとえば、生体認証の実際の不一致(`BIOMETRIC_NO_MATCH`)と、セルフィーを読み取れなかった場合(`BIOMETRIC_IMAGE_UNUSABLE`)を区別できます。表示される`status`は機能のデフォルトのステータスであり、設定した[Partial Match / No Matchのアクション](https://docs.didit.me/ja/core-technology/database-validation/database-validation-warnings.md)によって上書きされる場合があります。

**`MATCH`**：登録簿で本人であることが確認され、チェックしたすべてのフィールドが一致しました。

**`PARTIAL_MATCH`**：識別番号は見つかりましたが、1つ以上の個人情報フィールド(通常は氏名または生年月日)が完全には一致しませんでした。

**`NO_MATCH`**：送信されたデータに一致する記録は登録簿にありませんでした。

**`DOCUMENT_NOT_FOUND`**：送信された書類番号は登録簿のどの記録にも該当しません。

## 返却されるデータ

`source_data`に含まれる具体的なフィールドは、登録簿が返す内容によって異なります。`nga_drivers_license`向けに生成された例では、現在次の正規化された構造が記載されています。

* `date_of_birth`
* `first_name`
* `identification_number`
* `last_name`

## 料金とSLA

ナイジェリア運転免許証(FRSC)のクエリは、Didit が検証元から確定的な結果を受け取った場合にのみ課金されます。

* **呼び出し1件あたりの料金：** \$0.20 USD。
* **請求：** 成功したクエリごと。登録簿に接続できない場合、必須フィールドが欠けている場合、またはリクエストが検証元に届く前に拒否された場合は課金されません。
* **レイテンシ：** 通常p95 \< 2秒。
* **可用性：** Didit側で四半期あたり99.9%。下流の検証元の可用性は国やデータセットによって異なります。
