\`Remove an entry from a Didit list through the Management API.

Endpoint:
DELETE https://verification.didit.me/v3/lists/{list_uuid}/entries/{entry_uuid}/

Authentication:
Use the x-api-key header with my Didit API key. A scoped API key needs workflows: write.

Goal:
\- Remove a single entry from a blocklist, allowlist, or custom list, system lists included.
\- On a system blocklist, removing the entry lifts the block it set: future verifications and transactions are no longer declined for that match.

Path parameters:
\- list_uuid: list UUID from GET /v3/lists/.
\- entry_uuid: entry UUID from GET /v3/lists/{list_uuid}/entries/ or the create response.

Important semantics:
\- Returns 204 No Content with an empty body on success.
\- The entry is deleted: it no longer appears in any read and stops matching. Deletion is irreversible; to list the value again, create a new entry.
\- Calling DELETE again on the same entry_uuid returns 404.
\- Sessions and transactions that already finished are not changed.

Failure modes:
\- 401: the API key has expired.
\- 403: missing x-api-key (a wrong, revoked or expired key gets 401) ({ "detail": "You do not have permission to perform this action." }), or a scoped key without workflows: write.
\- 404: no entry with this UUID in this list, or the list is not in this application ({ "detail": "No ListEntry matches the given query." }).
\- 429: rate limited (see /integration/rate-limiting); back off and retry.

Side effects:
\- System blocklist entries: the face, document, phone or email record the entry stands for is no longer flagged as blocklisted, so it stops declining new sessions.
\- User and business blocklist entries: every BLOCKED user or business whose vendor_data or UUID matches the entry returns to ACTIVE, whatever blocked it, and not to the status it had before.
\- Face entries: the face stops matching new sessions.
