# 기업 가져오기 및 내보내기: CSV 일괄 처리

> Didit 기업(KYB) 엔터티를 CSV로 일괄 가져오고 전체 기업 테이블을 내보낼 수 있습니다. Didit Business Console에서 이용 가능하며, 호출당 과금됩니다.

CSV import / export is console-only. For programmatic bulk operations, loop `POST /v3/businesses/create/` for imports and paginate `GET /v3/businesses/` for exports.

\`create` is **not** idempotent. Upsert pattern:

Filter with `status`, `country_code`, `search`, date ranges (see /management-api/businesses/list).

\## What survives on update vs what stays

\| Field | Behaviour |

\| `display_name`, `metadata`, `tags` | Overwritten by PATCH |
\| `legal_name`, `registration_number`, `country_code` | Read-only after a verified KYB session (overrides logged in audit log) |
\| Aggregate counters, `features` map | Computed by Didit — never accept writes |

\## Failure modes

\- `409` on create — `vendor_data` exists; use PATCH.
\- `429` — rate limit; back off using `Retry-After`. Insert 100ms+ between calls for large batches.
\- `400` — bad country code or bad JSON. Log and continue.

\## Console fallback

The Business Console (Businesses → Import / Export) handles up to 100K rows for imports and 1M rows for exports with chunked async processing and an emailed signed download link.

Business Console은 기업(Business) 엔터티의 일괄 가져오기 및 내보내기를 지원합니다. 사용자(Users)에 제공되는 것과 같은 흐름이며, 기업 필드에 맞게 조정되어 있습니다.> [!NOTE]

> 여기서 제공하는 일괄 가져오기/내보내기는 기업 프로필만 생성하거나 업데이트합니다. 과거의 KYB 세션, 등록 기관 보고서, 임원, 실소유자, 제공자 결정은 재생성하지 않습니다. 다른 제공자나 등록 기관의 내보내기 파일로 전체 KYB 마이그레이션을 수행하려면 [다른 제공자에서 데이터 가져오기](https://docs.didit.me/ko/sessions-api/import-verifications.md)를 참조하세요.## CSV에서 기업 가져오기### 사용 시점- 다른 KYB 공급업체에서 **마이그레이션**하는 경우
- **파트너 온보딩**: 파트너의 고객 목록을 불러오는 경우
- **메타데이터 백필**: 여러 기업의 태그, 등급 또는 사용자 지정 필드를 일괄 업데이트하는 경우### 템플릿 열*Businesses → Import → Download template*에서 템플릿을 다운로드합니다.| 열 | 필수 여부 | 설명 |

CSV 업로드***Businesses → Import → Upload CSV*.**2. 미리 보기 검토**잘못된 행은 강조 표시됩니다. 중복 항목(기존 `vendor_data`)은 업데이트로 표시됩니다.**3. 가져오기 시작**Didit은 행을 비동기적으로 처리합니다. 진행 상황은 *Businesses → Import history*에서 확인할 수 있습니다.**4. 결과 검토**건너뛴 행이 있으면 오류 보고서를 다운로드하세요.### 업데이트와 생성- 새로운 `vendor_data`: 새 기업을 생성합니다.
- 기존 `vendor_data`: 기업의 변경 가능한 필드와 메타데이터를 업데이트합니다.
- 등록 기관에서 가져온 필드(`legal_name`, `registration_number`, `country_code`)는 기업 확인(KYB) 세션이 값을 채운 후에는 가져오기로 **덮어쓰지 않습니다**.## 기업을 CSV로 내보내기### 사용 시점- **컴플라이언스 감사** 및 규제 기관의 요청
- BI를 위한 **데이터 웨어하우스 동기화**
- **파트너 보고**: 국가, 등급 또는 태그별로 필터링한 기업 보기### 내보내기 실행1) *Businesses → Export*로 이동합니다.
2) 필터(상태, 국가, 날짜 범위, 검색, 태그)를 적용합니다.
3) 열을 선택합니다.
