Authentication:
Use the x-api-key header with my Didit API key.

Query params: limit (default 50), offset (default 0).

CaseNote: uuid, comment, actor_email, actor_name, mentioned_emails, is_internal, attachments [{s3_key, filename, file_size, url}], tags, created_at.

Failure modes:
- 401/403 - auth/permission errors (requires read:cases).
- 404 - case not found.

Side effects: none, pure read.
