# API de status do serviço: feed público de status da Didit

> GET /v3/status/ é um feed público, sem autenticação, com o estado de cada serviço da Didit e 7 dias de incidentes, para widgets e health checks.

Success (HTTP 200):
\- status: worst state of any service right now: "operational" | "degraded" | "down"
\- updated_at: ISO 8601 time Didit built the response (up to 30 seconds old)
\- services[]: one { key, name, status } per service. Match on key, never on name. Keys:
service_id_verification, service_liveness_face_match, service_aml_screening, service_kyb_registries,
service_database_validation, service_phone_delivery, service_email_delivery, service_transaction_monitoring
\- incidents[]: newest started_at first. Every ongoing incident plus those resolved in the last 7 days (at most 50 resolved). Each:
\{ id, service, service_name, state ("degraded" | "down"), status ("ongoing" | "resolved"), title, body,
affected, country_name, started_at, resolved_at (null while ongoing), duration_minutes (null while ongoing) }
\- title and body are English. To translate, build your own text from service, state and country_name.

Cadence: responses are cached for 30 seconds. Poll no more than once every 30 seconds.

## Visão geralRetorna o estado de cada serviço da Didit, o estado geral e os incidentes em andamento ou resolvidos nos últimos 7 dias.
O endpoint é público: não envie nenhum cabeçalho de autenticação.
A resposta não contém dados da organização e é a mesma para qualquer solicitante.## Quando usar- **Widget de status**: mostre aos seus usuários ou à sua equipe de suporte se algum serviço da Didit está degradado neste momento.
- **Verificação de saúde da integração**: antes de culpar o seu próprio código por verificações lentas ou com falha, veja se a Didit informa um incidente no serviço que você chama.
- **Histórico de incidentes**: liste o que aconteceu nos últimos 7 dias e quanto tempo durou cada incidente.Para verificar apenas se a API está acessível, use o [healthcheck](https://docs.didit.me/pt-br/api-reference/healthcheck.md).## PollingAs respostas ficam em cache por 30 segundos, portanto, faça polling no máximo uma vez a cada 30 segundos.
`updated_at` indica quando a Didit gerou a resposta que você recebeu.
Também se aplica um limite de requisições GET de 600 requisições por minuto por endereço IP.## Serviços`services` lista todos os serviços, independentemente de terem um incidente.
Faça a correspondência por `key`: `name` é um nome de exibição em inglês e pode mudar.| `key` | Serviço |

Ele é `operational` quando o serviço não tem nenhum incidente em andamento e, caso contrário, é o pior estado entre os seus incidentes em andamento.
O `status` de nível superior é o pior estado entre todos os serviços.## Incidentes`incidents` lista todos os incidentes em andamento e os incidentes resolvidos nos últimos 7 dias, do `started_at` mais recente para o mais antigo.
São listados no máximo 50 incidentes resolvidos.- `state` é `degraded` ou `down`. Um incidente resolvido mantém o último estado que teve.
- `status` é `ongoing` até o serviço se recuperar e, depois, `resolved`.
- `resolved_at` e `duration_minutes` são `null` enquanto o incidente está em andamento.
- `affected` e `country_name` indicam o país ou o registro afetado, por exemplo `Brazil (CPF)` e `Brazil`. Ficam vazios quando o incidente não está vinculado a um país ou registro.
- `title` e `body` estão em inglês. Para exibir o incidente em outro idioma, monte o seu próprio texto a partir de `service`, `state` e `country_name`.## Exemplo de resposta```json theme={null}
