# 印度选民登记（EPIC）数据库核验 API（ECI）

> 通过 Didit 查询印度权威数据库，核验 EPIC 选民登记信息。按次计费，每次调用低至 $0.25，无合同、无最低消费。

依据 Election Commission of India 数据库核验输入数据。Didit 通过 `POST /v3/database-validation/` 提供此服务，使您可以将提交的数据与权威数据源进行核验，并获得标准化的匹配结果。

在工作流中，`epic_card` 不会印在身份证件上，因此没有任何步骤能单独生成它。请从问卷回答、Document AI 提取字段，或您在创建会话时发送的值中收集它，并在数据库核验步骤中进行映射。在完成映射之前，工作流编辑器会将此服务显示为禁用状态，并指出缺少的输入。运行时若缺少输入，该检查会在任何查询之前被跳过，因此您不会为无法查询的数据库付费。

并非该服务接受的每种证件都包含其查询所用的标识符。当证件中未提取到该标识符时，检查会记录为**不适用**，既不查询数据库，也不收费。对于某些国家/地区，这类情况占真实用户的很大比例。为覆盖这些用户，还请从问卷回答、Document AI 提取字段，或您在创建会话时发送的值中收集该标识符，并在数据库核验步骤中进行映射。

## 请求体参数

**issuing\_state** `string` *required* (default: IND)

此数据库服务的 ISO 3166-1 alpha-3 国家/地区代码。

示例：`IND`

**services** `string` *required* (default: ind\_epic\_voter\_s\_registration)

包含此服务 ID 的数组。固定该服务后，请求将限定在此确切数据库范围内。

示例：`ind_epic_voter_s_registration`

**consent** `boolean` *required* (default: true)

终端用户对此服务的明确同意。

示例：`true`

**full\_name** `string` *required* (default: John Doe)

需要验证的完整法定姓名。

示例：`John Doe`

**date\_of\_birth** `string` *required* (default: 1990-01-01)

`YYYY-MM-DD` 格式的出生日期。

示例：`1990-01-01`

**epic\_card** `string` *required* (default: ABC1234567)

EPIC 选民卡号码。

示例：`ABC1234567`

**vendor\_data** `string` (default: user-1234)

您为此人设定的稳定用户标识，例如您内部的用户 ID。Didit 使用它将独立检查关联到同一终端用户，并减少重复检测的干扰。

## 输入规则与验证说明

每次成功调用都会返回 HTTP `200`。**`outcome_code`** 字段会告诉您实际发生了什么，例如区分真实的生物识别不匹配（`BIOMETRIC_NO_MATCH`）与无法读取的自拍照（`BIOMETRIC_IMAGE_UNUSABLE`）。所示的 `status` 为默认功能状态；您配置的[部分匹配 / 不匹配操作](https://docs.didit.me/zh/core-technology/database-validation/database-validation-warnings.md)可以覆盖它。

**`MATCH`**：注册库已确认身份，且所有被检查的字段均匹配。

**`PARTIAL_MATCH`**：已找到证件号码，但一个或多个个人字段（通常是姓名或出生日期）未完全匹配。

**`NO_MATCH`**：注册库未返回与提交数据匹配的结果。

## 返回数据

`source_data` 中实际返回的具体字段取决于注册库返回的内容。为 `ind_epic_voter_s_registration` 生成的示例目前记录了以下标准化结构：

* `date_of_birth`
* `full_name`
* `identification_number`

## 价格与 SLA

India EPIC (Voter's Registration) (ECI) 查询仅在 Didit 从验证源收到确定性结果时计费。

* **单次调用价格：** \$0.25 USD。
* **计费方式：** 按每次成功查询计费。若注册库无法访问、必填字段缺失，或请求在到达数据源之前即被拒绝，则不收费。
* **延迟：** 典型 p95 \< 2 s。
* **可用性：** Didit 侧每季度 99.9%；下游数据源的可用性因国家/地区和数据集而异。
