# KYB 风险评估：KYB 结果由哪些因素决定

> Didit 说明 KYB 结果如何决定：功能状态、警告标签、工作流操作、AML 阈值与 UBO 阈值。每次检查起价 $2.00，无需签约。

Didit 根据每个功能的状态、这些功能发出的警告，以及你的工作流为每个警告分配的操作，来决定 KYB 会话的结果。
没有单一的综合风险评分：决策会通过每个功能数组中的 `warnings[]` 以及 `decision_trace` 自行说明。

## 结果如何生成

1. 每个 KYB 功能（`KYB_REGISTRY`、`AML`、`KYB_DOCUMENTS`、`KYB_KEY_PEOPLE`）都会以各自的状态结束：`"Approved"`、`"In Review"` 或 `"Declined"`。参见[状态](https://docs.didit.me/zh/business-verification/statuses.md)。
2. 出现异常时，每个功能都会发出警告标签，例如公司已注销、证件与注册信息不符，或筛查命中。这些标签列在 [KYB 警告](https://docs.didit.me/zh/business-verification/warnings.md)中。
3. 你的工作流为每个警告分配一个操作（无操作、审核或拒绝），因此同一警告根据你的政策可能导致通过、审核或拒绝。
4. 各功能的状态汇总为会话状态。审核员仍可手动修改会话状态，此时决策会带有 `status_override`。

## 影响结果的信号

| 信号 | 工作流控制的内容 |

| **注册表结果** | 是否找到该公司、其注册状态，以及与申请人所填信息的匹配情况。手动录入的公司遵循 `kyb_manual_company_action`。 |

| **关键人员的 AML 筛查** | 每位 UBO、董事及其他关键人员都会接受筛查。当 UBO 被拒绝时，`kyb_reject_if_ubo_rejected` 会拒绝该公司。 |
| **证件完整性与核验** | `kyb_required_document_groups`，以及用于篡改、不一致和证件时效的 `kyb_document_*_action` 键。 |
| **关键人员** | `kyb_ubo_ownership_threshold` 和 `kyb_shareholder_ownership_threshold` 设定使某人成为需要验证的 UBO 或股东的持股比例。`kyb_key_people_document_mismatch_action` 涵盖与已上传证件相矛盾的已申报人员。 |
| **注册国家** | `kyb_accepted_countries` 限制企业可注册的国家/地区。 |
