# 企业数据模型：KYB 数据结构

> Didit 企业实体模型：登记数据、实际受益人、董事、AML 状态、证件、KYB 会话汇总及关联交易。闭环 KYB 验证。

本页介绍企业（Business）实体的每个字段，以及 Didit 如何填充这些字段。

## 身份字段

| 字段 | 类型 | 说明 |

| `uuid` | UUID | Didit 分配的主键。稳定且唯一。 |
| `didit_internal_id` | string | 便于阅读的内部标识符。 |
| `vendor_data` | string | 您为该企业设定的标识符。在每个应用内唯一。[了解更多](https://docs.didit.me/zh/entities/vendor-data-linking.md)。 |
| `display_name` | string | 控制台中显示的覆盖名称。默认为 `legal_name` 或 `vendor_data`。 |
| `legal_name` | string | 按注册登记的法定公司名称，来自最近一次已通过的企业验证（KYB）会话的公司登记查询结果。 |
| `registration_number` | string | 官方公司注册号，来自公司登记。 |
| `country_code` | string (ISO 3166-1 alpha-3) | 公司注册所在国家/地区。 |

>
> 当 `legal_name`、`registration_number` 和 `country_code` 来自已验证的公司登记查询时，这些字段为只读。您可以在控制台中或通过 `PATCH /v3/businesses/{vendor_data}/` 手动覆盖它们，但覆盖操作会在审计日志中被标记。

## 状态

## 会话汇总字段

| `session_count` | int | 为该企业创建过的企业验证（KYB）会话总数 |
| `approved_count` | int | 结束状态为 `Approved` 的会话数 |
| `declined_count` | int | 结束状态为 `Declined` 的会话数 |
| `in_review_count` | int | 当前处于 `In Review` 状态的会话数 |
| `features` | object | 最新的公司验证状态，位于 `KYB` 键下 |

### `features` 映射

该映射只包含一个键 `KYB`，其值为公司最新验证的状态：`"Not Finished"`、`"Approved"`、`"Declined"`、`"In Review"` 或 `"Resub Requested"`。
如需了解每个 KYB 功能的状态，请查看会话决策。

如需快速检查企业当前是否已完全通过验证，且无需遍历所有会话，请使用 `features` 映射。

## 活动时间戳
