Example: Aesthetic Clinic Implementation
Here's how an aesthetic clinic could use Data Links to streamline their patient onboarding process:
-
Create a Data Template:
- Set up a template requesting relevant patient information: name, contact details, birthdate, medical history, allergies, and current medications.
-
Pre-Appointment Data Collection:
- When a new appointment is booked, create a new data session using the template.
- Send the data link to the patient via email along with their appointment confirmation.
-
In-Clinic Use:
- For walk-in clients, receptionists can create a data session on the spot and have the client scan the QR code on a tablet or their own device.
-
Profile Updates:
- Periodically send data links to long-term clients to ensure their information is up-to-date.
By using Data Links, aesthetic clinics can collect necessary patient information securely and efficiently, improving the patient experience and streamlining administrative processes.
