Document Requirements
To ensure successful verification, documents must meet specific criteria:
General Requirements
- Valid document within the set residual validity period
- Undamaged (not scratched, stained, or torn)
- All crucial information (full name, date of birth, MRZ) must be present and readable
- Consistency across all documents in an applicant's profile
Photo Requirements
- Original photo taken in real-time (not a screenshot or social media upload)
- File formats: JPG, JPEG, PNG, PDF
- Minimum file size: 100 KB or 300 DPI
- Color photo with all corners visible and information readable
- No editing or conversion to PDF
- Generally, physical documents are required (not digital versions)
