Is the Free Forever KYC plan really free? Yes! We're committed to providing unlimited free KYCs forever. This includes Document Verification, NFC Verification, Facial Recognition, Reusable KYC, Address Verification, and Document Monitoring. No hidden fees, no credit card required.
What are the pricing options in the Pro Plan? The Pro Plan has three optional features you can use:
- AML Screening: $0.30 per check
- AML Monitoring: $0.20 per approved user per year
- White-labeling: $0.20 per session finished You only pay for the features you use, and you can choose any combination of these options.
How am I billed for the Pro Plan? Billing is done through Stripe. You'll only be charged for the specific features you use.
Can I see my current usage and costs? Yes, if you're subscribed to the Pro Plan, you can view your dashboard to track:
- Number of AML checks performed
- Number of AML Monitoring sessions performed
- Number of white-label sessions finished
- Total cost breakdown for each service
Can I switch between plans? Absolutely! You can start with the Free Forever KYC plan and upgrade to the Pro Plan whenever you need additional features like AML screening, monitoring, or white-labeling.
Is there a minimum commitment for the Pro Plan? No, there's no minimum commitment. You only pay for the features you actually use within the Pro Plan.
