Advanced questionnaires (conditions & branching) You can now build dynamic questionnaires that adapt in real time: show/hide questions based on previous answers, split flows into sections, and preview the full branching logic before publishing. This enables more complex onboarding and compliance forms without engineering work.

Questionnaires analytics & graphs Added visual summaries/graphs for questionnaire results (including source-of-funds style charts), making it easier to understand user responses at a glance and spot patterns faster.

Encrypted PDF support We are now supporting encrypted PDFs (with password handling + better browser compatibility) and improved previews, so reviewers can now add encrypted PDFs as well to the verification process.

New Users section + richer user profiles The Console now includes a Users area with user detail pages (documents, verifications, metadata, navigation) so teams can investigate a person across sessions without jumping between screens.

Real-time session collaboration Session chat, tags, notifications, and reviews are now more real-time and consistent—updates appear as activity happens, improving coordination for ops/compliance teams working the same cases.

Ongoing Monitoring (webhooks) reliability Webhooks for Ongoing Monitoring were fixed and hardened (including duplicate-review edge cases), improving downstream automation and reducing missed/duplicated events.

AML upgrades: Business entities Added support for company / business AML checks plus clearer AML responses (including entity type), expanding coverage beyond only individuals.

Database Validation expanded + pricing improvements Database Validation was extended to more countries (e.g., Chile, Panama, Paraguay), with fixes and UI improvements. Some pricing adjustments were also applied (including lower DV pricing in certain cases), making validation more flexible and cost-effective.

More precise billing & usage breakdown Added clearer cost reporting (total cost + cost breakdown in session details) and improved top-up/usage visibility, helping understand spend per workflow/session.

Whitelabel & domain safety Whitelabel setup is now safer and more controlled (e.g., subdomain-only rules, restrictions around root domains, and updated app configuration), reducing misconfigurations and improving tenant isolation.

Audit logs & search infrastructure improvements Audit log search moved toward a more scalable setup (OpenSearch/replica/indexing improvements), improving reliability and performance as data grows.

Extra fields & data quality improvements Added middle name as an extra field, improved address handling (show parsed + raw when needed), and made name rules more country-aware (e.g., Brazil name edge cases). This increases data completeness while reducing false validation failures.

Verification settings & API improvements Added/expanded configuration options (e.g., callback URL in verification settings, API webhooks availability), making integrations easier while keeping admin controls centralized.

Platform performance & stability Multiple backend optimizations landed this month: faster queries resulting in a smoother experience in the Console and fewer operational incidents.
