  • New Console Design: Added a new design to our Console, with better navigation and more intuitive UX.

  • Email & Phone Blocklist: Added backend support for email/phone blocklisting, per-session blocklisted info, and serializers. Also exposed pagination for related lists.

  • Email Verification: Email verification is now available in workflows and APIs; corresponding frontend screens added.

  • Questionnaires: Launched questionnaires end-to-end to collect structured attestations and supporting documents via customizable forms.

  • White-Label Configuration: Introduced a new WL config across flows which gives more flexibility of customization.

  • ID/POA Enhancements: ID flow now supports PDF uploads; POA respond as well document metadata

  • Compliance Links & Policies: Added Privacy Policy and Terms of Service URLs; new data-retention setting.

  • Session Lists at Scale: Heavily optimized session list queries and added normalized search.

  • Email Delivery: Improved email formatting, messaging and delivery.

  • Phone Flow: Allow different channels (SMS, Whatsapp, Telegram, Discord or Viber); clearer status semantics post-code check; better exceptions and OTP UX (resend rules, keyboard handling, input).

  • Frontend Polish:

    • New WL theming across screens; improved KYC step list, progress bars, scrolling steps.
    • Camera overlays and document/quality-check screens refined; responsive fixes.
    • Country selection improvements and filters.

  • Events & Telemetry: More precise events, safer event sending (status-gated), richer device context; targeted debug logs.

  • Docs & Media Handling: PDF→JPG conversion flow stabilized; better frame-rate handling; more formats for video concatenation.

  • Internationalization: More translations (incl. Montenegrin and Emirates ID), robust country handling (Kosovo visibility, Turkey collision, Vietnam name handling).
