Shared Sessions – New API Endpoints: Introducing Share Session and Import Shared Session APIs — securely share user verification data between trusted partners. This is perfect for cases where a user is verified on one platform but needs access to another without repeating the verification process.
Added Passive Liveness API:: We added a new API for performing passive liveness using our API.
Face Search Enhancements: We’ve refined our face search algorithm, significantly improving accuracy in detecting duplicate faces and identifying users on blocklists.
Data Retention Controls: You can now set custom data retention policies, choosing how long verification data is stored — from 1 month to 60 months, or indefinitely.
PDF Generation – Multilingual Support: PDF reports now support right-to-left languages like Arabic and Hebrew, along with improved compatibility for additional languages.
Improved Photo & Video Capture: We’ve drastically improved the quality of photo and video captures during ID and face liveness checks. This leads to better OCR accuracy and a more reliable verification process.
Faster Verification – Fewer Screens: We’ve reduced the number of steps in the verification flow, delivering a faster, more seamless experience. Screen transitions are now quicker and more responsive.
Language Picker in Verification Flow: Users can now select their preferred language directly during the verification process — no longer tied to the browser’s default language.
Clearer Instructions & Smoother UX: We’ve enhanced on-screen instructions and messages to make the verification experience more intuitive and user-friendly.
Enhanced Compatibility – Low Bandwidth & Low-End Devices: Verification flows now run smoothly even on slow 3G networks and older devices. We dynamically adjust features like auto-capture and optimize media processing based on device capability and connection speed.
User Logout Button: Users can now securely log out of the verification process with a dedicated logout button when authenticated.
Real-Time Web Notifications: If users begin the verification process on their computer and continue on mobile, they’ll now receive real-time updates on their desktop — keeping them informed throughout the flow.
ID Verification – New Territories Supported: We’ve expanded our document support to include identity documents from:

- Saint Martin (French side)
- Luhansk People's Republic
- Falkland Islands
- Christmas Island
- Cocos (Keeling) Islands
