Ask Didit is the AI copilot built into the Didit Console.
You describe what you want in plain language, and it finds verification sessions, answers questions about your activity and approval rates, and builds or changes workflows and rules for you.
What you can ask
Start from a suggestion or type your own request.
Typical requests are:
- Find a verification session by name, email or ID.
- Summarize this week’s activity or compare this month’s approval rate with last month’s.
- List the sessions waiting for manual review.
- Build a KYC workflow, or change an existing one.
- Create a transaction rule, for example one that flags a user who sends more than a set amount within 24 hours.
- Recommend what to set up next in your organization.
Type / in the message box to pick a skill.
You can attach up to four files of up to 10 MB each: JPEG, PNG or WebP images, PDF, Word (DOCX) and plain-text files, and CSV or Excel spreadsheets.
You can also dictate with the microphone button.
You approve every change before it is saved
Reading information needs no approval.
When Ask Didit wants to write data, it stops and shows a Confirm this action step with the details.
Select Approve to let it continue or Deny to cancel.
For workflow edits, Ask Didit groups its work into a summary that reads, for example, “3 changes, not saved yet”.
From the summary you can:
- Select a step to see it in the workflow editor.
- Use Undo or Undo all, and Redo or Redo all, to step back and forward.
- Select Open in editor to review the draft, or Save draft to keep it.
A change you edit by hand in the editor afterwards cannot be undone from the summary.
